Joede Moraes Cruciti, better known as Joe Cruciti, is a Brazilian singer, guitarist, songwriter, and music educator, born and raised in Osasco, part of the São Paulo metropolitan area. From an early age, he developed a strong connection with music, starting his journey by playing the saxophone in church performances. Out of both necessity and versatility, he later transitioned to the guitar, which he initially learned informally before pursuing formal studies.
Joe is a graduate of the Villa-Lobos Music Conservatory, and began his professional career at the age of 16, balancing music lessons and live performances with a parallel career as a programmer — working part-time as a musician during that period.
In addition to performing, Joe has also taught music from a young age, mentoring numerous students who have gone on to build their own careers in the music industry.
In 2015, he moved to South Florida, USA, with a clear goal: to establish himself professionally as a full-time musician — a goal he successfully achieved. It was during this chapter that he adopted the stage name "Joe Cruciti" to make his name more accessible and engaging to international audiences..
With a distinctive voice and refined guitar technique, Joe delivers bilingual performances that blend Bossa Nova, MPB, Jazz, Pop, R&B, and Classic Rock, creating elegant and memorable musical experiences.
In July 2025, Joe returned to Brazil and is now based in São Paulo, where he continues to perform with passion and professionalism — merging his international background with his rich Brazilian musical identity.
